JMARS 5.3.0 update is now available!
Learn about the changes that we've made to JMARS in the latest release
Greetings JMARS users!
Version 5.3.0 of JMARS 5 has just been released!
Updated version includes:
- Profile line updates:
- A new "Configuration" interface that offers users 2 profile charting options.
- Chart multiple profiles with a single numeric source : allows users to select one or many profiles lines, drawn at any location(s) on a map, and build a chart using any numeric source that is available in JMARS
- Chart a single profile line with multiple numeric sources : allows users to select a single profile, drawn anywhere on a map, and build a chart using one or many numeric sources that are available in JMARS
- An example of this new functionality: a user can draw a profile line across Olympus Mons and compare daytime surface temperatures vs night-time surface temperatures in a single chart. Additionally, a new Profile Manager interface gives access to all profiles drawn by a user in a JMARS session, allowing users to edit various profile properties using single point-or-access.
- Redesign of 3D Layer controls and focus panel: The interface for 3D layer was enhanced and redesigned to allow a better user experience. The redesign now has one window instead of two.
